Unlike some local competitors, we use a Specialty Custom built Self-Contained equipment that uses 200°F, high-pressure water for a very deep, safe clean. Most pressure wash companies don't use High Temperature water which is required in order to eliminate Germs & Bacteria. Second, they don't use a specialized self-contained equipment like we do. Meaning that all that dirty, foul smell water is going onto your property, City streets and drains.
Yes, you probably feel that you can do it yourself, but just as we stated before with our competitor's example. You will be wasting: time (About 30 minutes), Water ( Approx 15 to 18 Gallons if using a garden hose), & Money due to the excessive water usage/disposal which can sometimes have associated fees that are imposed by your city due to water restrictions requirements or HOA's CC&R.
